AVL Support Specialist

The AVL Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing continuous support of technical needs for campus teams and during campus launches, renovations and major technical updates. This role will act as a resource to staff by providing education and answering technical questions about organizational systems. This role will provide ticket support from the AVL inbox and ensure all campus needs addressed and resolved by weekend services and Switch. The AVL Support Specialist utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.
