<div><strong>Role purpose</strong> | The Director of IT leads our Technology Services department which, as part of our Group Professional Services team, serves the four entities (charities) within the HTB Group. The role will play a key part in ensuring fit-for-purpose, robust, scalable and secure technology platforms and infrastructure that support the delivery of services and the strategic vision, aims and objectives of the Group.<br><strong>Key deliverables</strong> | Listed below are the key elements that the role holder will be responsible for and accountable for delivering:<br><br><strong>Strategy and planning<br></strong>• Help shape and implement the HTB Group (HTBG) vision as a member of the senior leadership team;<br>• In close collaboration with the entity heads and HTB Group Professional Services Leadership, sets the strategic direction for the Technology Services team.
