In the ever-evolving digital era, a Marketing Specialist is a role that is pivotal to our team. With over two decades of experience in software development, we recognize the need to strengthen our brand and expand our client base. The Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in achieving these goals by leveraging their expertise in strategically promoting Rubico’s services and fostering new client relationships. Along with propelling Rubico, this role also provides marketing assistance to our client base as needed. We need people who can collaborate, consult, and dream big for Rubico and others.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develop visual assets for digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns.
  • Copywriting and content creation.
  • Continuously improve branding.
  • Managing and continuously improving websites.
  • Creating strategies and content for Social Media Marketing.
  • Client consulting.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients.
Experience:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of website analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Semrush.
  • SEO experience.
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Paid Ads (preferred).
  • Experience using WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred).

Working Environment:
  • Work regularly from a home office and co-working space, if living in the USA.
  • Work in our 2 offices with our 100+ employees, if living in India.

  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
