About The Role: 
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Preaching Tools team. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer’s interactions with our products, including the buying experience. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product requirements from internal and external stakeholders, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue generation and customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to ensure the highest priority items are always the next things up.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, value proposition, personas, use cases, and features.
  • Develop relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to foster trust, understand their needs, and gather product feedback.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and opportunities. 
  • Generate new ideas for product features and enhancements.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with external partners.
  • Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders on new features and enhancements. 
  • Lead a cross-functional product team of developers, designers, program managers, and testers.
  • Manage product releases and create release notes for major and minor releases. 
  • Define the roadmap and KPIs that will deliver the company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to document epics, capabilities, features, user stories, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate timelines and milestones with the Go-To-Market team to set expectations, identify dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of artifacts from each department.
  • Participate in daily standup, sprint planning, grooming, and vetting sessions with the cross-functional team of engineers, design, program manager, and QA. 

Requirements:
  • Skill in setting and casting product vision and defining, communicating, and aligning teams around strategic focus areas.
  • Experience developing and deploying iterative digital software products, leading projects or product efforts for multi-disciplinary product teams, and with the product design and development lifecycle.
  • Agile/scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with end-users and/or customers for requirement gathering and product development.
  • Experience developing, owning, and driving a product backlog and roadmap.
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate ideas to key stakeholders across businesses.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (preferred).

The U.S. base salary for this full-time position ranges from $95-120K per year. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Note: Currently, we are able to hire in every state in the United States except for Kansas, New Mexico, and the District of Columbia.
