• Digital Security Management
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive digital security protocols and policies

• Online Training Platform Management
  • Design, implement, and maintain online training platforms
  • Develop user-friendly learning management systems (LMS)
  • Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms for training effectiveness
  • Ensure accessibility and engagement of online training resources
  • Support internationalization of training content
• Website Design and Digital Communication
  • Manage and continuously improve international websites
  • Ensure responsive and culturally sensitive web design
  • Implement multilingual website solutions
  • Develop and maintain digital communication strategies
  • Optimize websites for global accessibility and performance
• Digital Solutions Research and Implementation
  • Evaluate software and hardware solutions for international teams
  • Develop recommendations for digital infrastructure improvements
  • Manage procurement of digital technologies
  • Create implementation strategies for new digital solutions
• Training and Support
  • Develop comprehensive digital literacy training programs
  • Create training materials for:
• Digital security best practices
• Use of organizational digital tools
• Online collaboration platforms
• Conduct regular workshops and training sessions
• Provide ongoing technical support for international teams
• Create easily accessible digital support resources

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy, technology management, and international contexts.
• Attend LG annual gatherings.
• Participation in the monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
• Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.
