Remote Marketing Campaign Specialist II

The expected salary range for this position is $67,900.00 - $81,780.00. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. Overview
This specialist serves as a partner for Compassion's fundraising teams to work with, and through, to serve the marketing needs of Compassion's church audience. This incumbent is responsible for coordinating and implementing business-to-business marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) for the US church through collaboration and partnership across Compassion's marketing division. At this career level, the incumbent generally executes mid-level digital experience projects or participates as a team member for larger initiatives with broader scope.
What will you do?
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
- Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry.
- Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.
- Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.
- Delivers strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Compassion’s brand and deepens engagement with church audiences. Focuses on top-of-funnel awareness and campaign implementation through audience journeys and messaging, value propositions, and informed research.
- Serves as an advocate/advisor with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve clearly identified deliverables.
- Serves as the business-to-business liaison for relationships with Compassion’s Church Partnerships division - taking accountability for their partner's experience.
- Outlines individual objectives based on stated project goals and strategies.
- Makes independent decisions regarding the marketing need within the scope of assigned projects.
- Collaboratively addresses partner concerns with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for the partner being served.
- May provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in this discipline.
What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Three years Relevant experience working in this or a related field.
- Experience in end-to-end campaign management, including strategic planning, information gathering, and execution across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing with experience delivering campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively across diverse teams and departments.
- Highly relational and assertive communicator; capable of navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and driving alignment across competing priorities.
- Ability to travel up to 1-2 times a year.

We will be excited if you have:
- Experience in customer journey design, including audience segmentation, journey mapping, and marketing research.
- Background in creative agency environments with demonstrated success in account management and/or project management.
- Understanding of the US church market and Compassion’s relation to it.
