We are currently searching for an IT Senior Engineer who desires to advance his/her career by bringing talent to a dynamic, high functioning team that is focused on serving others. As an IT Senior Engineer supporting multiple clients, your role will include a variety of tasks: conceiving and implementing new system deployment, helping plan and implement major software/hardware upgrades, performing investigative analysis/triage, mentoring others, etc.

Required Skills:

Ability to design and implement client network environments
Manage and Administer client infrastructures and upgrade as needed
Stay abreast of new technologies
Exposure to business-class IT
Excellent customer service skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as server virtualization (VMWare vSphere or Hyper-V)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation operating systems, registry settings, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and firewalls
Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Directory
Troubleshooting experience including root cause analysis, debugging utilities, etc.
Experience interacting with end users to provide technical support and gather feedback
Proven track record of meeting deadlines along with associated deliverables
Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
Desire and ability to learn new technologies and the ability to multi-task to deliver services using various technologies to multiple companies
Experience working with different size firms (including small companies of less than 50 users to large companies of more than 500 users) and datacenter environments
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity best practices
