• Skilled in systems analysis, software design, and coding 
• Proficient in programming languages, development tools, and both Windows and Linux environments 
• Comfortable working in small, multidisciplinary teams 
• Analytical, creative, and flexible with a passion to serve 
• Strong in verbal and written communication 
• Capable of troubleshooting and integrating hardware with software 

• Design and implement software and database systems 
• Develop real-time monitoring, control systems, and mobile apps 
• Create web interfaces and manage backend infrastructure 
• Research new technologies and analyze system requirements 
• Test, maintain, and upgrade software and hardware integrations 

• A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the gospel

• Full-time position, preferably onsite in Elkhart, Indiana; hybrid possible
