Sr. Graphic Designer
📍 Nashville, TN
Strategic Responsibility:
Senior Graphic Designer plays an integral part of our creative team, responsible for producing visually stunning and impactful design materials that help promote our artists and brand. You will collaborate closely with marketing, A&R, and other departments to create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience and elevates our artists' careers.
Lead in creating, designing, and upholding established label and artist branding, ensuring consistency across all materials, including but not limited to album artwork, promotional materials, merchandise, and online assets.
Job Description:
Create captivating and innovative album artwork that complements the music by capturing the essence of artists’ work while also inspiring fans to engage.
Design eye-catching promotional materials such as merchandise, posters, banners, flyers, and digital assets for marketing campaigns and events. Ensure that all marketing pieces align with the brand and appeal to audience.
Collaborate closely with marketing, A&R, and artists to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual designs.
Assist in monitoring our competitors, identifying and analyzing trends, and recommend innovative methods to bring our content to life in ways that are relevant and distinctive to our target audience.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, inspiring a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
Assist the Creative Director in building creative brief presentations and brand guides.
Work with Creative Director to select and manage outside freelancers on an as needed basis per project.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Displays a cheerful disposition in working on projects outside the typical workflow of this position. Effectively helps others in special projects.

Position Requirements:
Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
SpecializedKnowledge/Certification: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including album artwork, and promotional materials. Creative flair, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for music and art. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to self screen work. Familiarity with current design trends and the ability to adapt designs to target different demographics.
