<div>IntellaQuest has a strong product, exceptional customer retention, and an engineering organization that has successfully delivered for more than a decade. Product direction has historically been driven by technical leadership and deep customer intuition rather than a formal product organization. That approach has served the business well.<br><br></div>
<div>As IntellaQuest enters its next phase of growth, we are creating our first executive Product organization. We are looking for a Vice President of Product to become the company's most senior product leader, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive leadership team. This leader will own product strategy, roadmap, and product management while building the product function from the ground up.<br><br></div>

You'll establish the operating cadence, product processes, customer discovery discipline, and organizational structure that will define how the product is run for years to come. <div><br><strong>Base Salary Range: </strong><em>The target salary range for this position is ($190,000 – $210,000), and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.</em><br><br></div>
