Your primary focus will be working with architects and the product team to design and develop the back-end web services that power our giving platform.&nbsp; <strong><br></strong><br></div><div><strong>You’ll get to:</strong></div><ul><li>Serving as a key member of our agile team that drives user story analysis and elaboration, design and develop highly scaled web service using modern agile engineering practices&nbsp;</li><li>Perform hands-on software development throughout the whole software development life cycle, from requirements gathering, development, and testing to deployment&nbsp;</li><li>Develop high-quality coverage of unit tests</li><li>Perform maintenance work for existing web services of the Givelify system</li><li>Provide engineering support to our customer support team to resolve any critical customer issues&nbsp;</li><li>Bring a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement</li><li>Embrace a fast-paced work culture and possess the ability to adapt to changes</li></ul><div><strong><br>Your experience:</strong>&nbsp;</div><ul><li>A Bachelor’s Degree, M.S./Ph.D. with relevant academic/research experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent degree (STEM)&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of software development experience&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems</li><li>Excellent in object-oriented design and programming&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Agile development practice and continuous integration/continuous delivery environment (CI/CD)</li><li>Experience in PHP, Laravel, Python, or REACT is a plus&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with public cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, etc.) is also a plus</li><li>Good attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn and collaborate &nbsp;</li></ul><div><strong><br>Your superpowers:</strong></div><ul><li>Integrity - Demonstrates congruence in thought, speech, and action.
