What you'll do:

Assist the technology team with designing, creating, and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management system applications
Troubleshooting application errors
Collaborating with staff Developers and Data Managers to improve staff efficiency through software solutions
Documenting development and usage processes for others to follow and repeat
Training staff members and Data Managers

Skills & Experience you’ve had:

At least 1 year of coding study or on-the-job experience in a development role
A basic understanding of one or more modern programming languages like C#, Java, Node.js, etc.
Basic understanding of SQL and a working knowledge of database systems
Experience with API, database, and web programming preferred
Experience with restful APIs, web programming, HTML/CSS preferred
Experience with RockRMS preferred
Internal customer support experience preferred
Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred
