Implementation Assistant

📍 Fort Pierce, FL

The Implementation Assistant is a position that offers the opportunity to grow in the software field by introducing them to our product and process. The person will work directly with the Implementation Team and help with any tasks needed to bring the assigned implementation projects to a successful completion. 
 
Core Responsibilities:
Assist in any tasks assigned to them by the Implementation Team this may include, but are not limited to: 
  • Any project task assigned to them by the Implementation Team
  • Assist in any administrative tasks assigned by the Implementation Team
  • CRM configurations
  • Motion 2 Workflow Builds
  • Contributions Configurations
  • User Group Configurations
  • Historic Giving Configurations
  • Dashboard Builds for CRM, Historic Giving and Motion 2
  • General Site Configurations
  • System Message Configurations
  • Data Imports
  • And any other parts of the Site Stacker system that may be relevant to an implementation project. 

Core Proficiency requirements in the following areas:
  • Quality assurance testing
  • Providing technical assistance to clients during the project implementation 
  • Providing product training as expertise increases.
  • Assist in specific implementation tasks throughout the project
