Gateway Church is hiring a
IT Integration Engineer

📍 Southlake, TX

Principle Responsibilities

Integration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy for connecting multiple SaaS applications within the organization.
API Integration: Develop and maintain API connections between SaaS applications, ensuring data synchronization and real-time updates.
Data Mapping: Map data fields and processes between SaaS platforms to enable consistent and accurate data flow.
Workflow Automation: Implement workflow automation to streamline business processes, reducing manual tasks, and automating device life cycle through SaaS Apps such as Okta, Workday, Active Directory and more.
Error Handling: Develop error-handling mechanisms to identify and resolve integration issues promptly.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize integration performance to minimize latency and ensure responsiveness.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, API endpoints, and data mapping.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to validate functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, SaaS vendors, and third-party providers to ensure successful integrations.

Technical Competencies

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
Proven experience of SaaS Apps such as Okta, Workday, Active Directory and more
Intermediate level understanding of Networking
Experience with MacOS X and Windows products
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or others as needed

Key Performance Measurements

Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Ability to give and receive feedback to the Information Technology Team as well as end users.
Contribution to knowledge base articles.
Ability to quickly understand new technologies.
