Remote Account Supervisor

OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Account Supervisor to join our Client Service team at Masterworks. In this role, you’ll act as the primary liaison between our agency and a portfolio of faith -based mission-driven clients, leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that advance their fundraising goals. You’ll be responsible for deepening client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across campaigns. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution, client advocacy, and team collaboration—and includes up to 20% seasonal travel to support key client relationships and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Strategy & Alignment
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, deeply understanding their mission, fundraising goals, and organizational priorities.
- Align agency initiatives with client objectives, ensuring all work supports their broader impact.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Growth & Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client engagement through strategic recommendations, upsells, and cross-functional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that enhance client value and drive long-term partnership growth.
- Contribute to revenue growth by identifying white-space opportunities within existing accounts.
Client Advocacy & Insights
- Maintain a pulse on client trends, audience behavior, and market shifts to proactively inform strategic direction.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that position clients for sustained success.
Relationship Management & Client Experience
- Cultivate and sustain trusted client relationships through consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and deep empathy for their mission.
- Act as the voice of the client within the agency, ensuring their needs and feedback shape deliverables and outcomes.
- Resolve client issues with urgency and professionalism, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and channels (digital, social media, traditional, etc.).
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles.
