As an Associate Brand Growth Manager at CoreTrex, you play a crucial role in shaping client success on Amazon, blending analytical and creative skills to develop and execute innovative strategies. You lead and manage the Amazon accounts for a group of 5 to 10 brands, owning annual planning, sales forecasting, client meetings, and team collaboration.

You are a strategic thinker, a relationship builder, and a guiding force for the team, orchestrating efforts to achieve client goals. You are not just managing accounts; you are creating lasting impacts in the digital retail landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Client strategy development: create and update strategies tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Goal setting and monitoring: set clear, measurable goals for client accounts and track progress.
  • Leading client meetings: organize and run productive meetings on strategy, progress, and concerns.
  • Team leadership and direction: lead the Operations Specialist and PPC Specialist to implement strategy.
  • Market research and analysis: stay on top of Amazon trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Client communication and reporting: keep regular communication and share clear progress reports.
  • Performance review and optimization: review account performance and find opportunities to improve.
  • Client sales forecasting: forecast client sales from market trends, historical data, and performance.
  • Annual planning: build comprehensive annual plans with objectives, strategies, and milestones.

What you bring
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in client management
  • A desire to deeply understand the macro eCommerce landscape
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to learn quickly and continually
  • The courage to speak with honesty
