1099 Consultant | 100% Commission based position (No limits to your hustle!)
Work from anywhere! + Flex Schedule (Part-time required!)

What we are looking for: 
  • People person, you thrive on connection 
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn with a desire to grow and expand in recruitment/sales tools and various outreach capabilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite 
  • Extremely detail oriented 
  • Proactive, hardworking, and entrepreneurial nature 
  • Disciplined self-starter 
  • Passion for our mission and core values 
 
What you bring to the team: 
  • 2 years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, communications, recruitment, etc.) 
  • Proven ability to work independently. 
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft and Recruitment Tools (such as LinkedIn). 
 
Responsibilities are full cycle:
(1) Business Development: 
  • Prospect clients in your territory. 
  • Make business development calls, organize client meetings, and secure clients. 
  • Prospect opportunities and validate job openings. 
  • Maintain client partnerships. 
(2) Recruitment: 
  • Recruit on assigned positions. 
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews (recorded for Fisher of Men leadership to review). 
  • Submit candidates to client and/or Fisher of Men leadership. 
  • Complete references.
