Atrium is hiring a
Sales Executive
📍 Dallas, TX
Atrium gives pastors the visibility to care proactively, identifying drift, burnout, struggles, and visitor needs long before they become emergencies. We're adding to our sales team here in DFW to help us put that visibility in the hands of more churches.
The role:
You'll own your pipeline and the demo experience. That means sitting down with pastors and church staff, showing them what proactive pastoral care actually looks like, and walking prospects from "interested" to "signed."
What you'll do:
• Run live product demos (in-person and virtual) with pastors and church staff
• Manage your own pipeline end-to-end: outbound, follow-up, and close
• Work directly with the founders to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning
• Represent Atrium at conferences, church networks, and local events around DFW
• Bring feedback from the field back into the product
Who you are:
• Based in or near DFW (local role, we want someone we can grab coffee with)
• 2+ years selling SaaS, ideally to SMB or mid-market
• Comfortable demoing software and translating features into outcomes
• Genuinely interested in the church space. Bonus if you're plugged into a local church community
• Self-directed, scrappy, and ready to build playbooks (not just follow them)
