Overview
Missionary.com is looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to take our marketing efforts to the next level. This role is all about creating impact. You’ll design, launch, and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns to grow and engage our audience. Whether it’s social media, newsletters, print, or live events, you’ll ensure our message is compelling, consistent, and actionable.

Missionary exists to inspire and educate local churches to carry out global missions, particularly focusing on unreached language groups, to plant healthy, indigenous, and reproducing churches among them.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
Own Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Take charge of building, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns across all channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Work directly with the VP to ensure campaigns are aligned with organizational objectives, product launches, and brand values.
- Stay ahead of the curve, always seeking out emerging trends and new technologies to take campaigns to the next level.
Channel & Product Marketing
- Drive growth across social media, crafting strategies that engage, inspire, and expand our audience.
- Manage newsletter campaigns that deliver high-impact, on-brand content to keep our audience informed and inspired.
- Execute both print and digital campaigns, bringing our message to life across every medium.
- Launch and promote Missionary’s products—books, studies, films—through targeted, high-visibility campaigns.
CRM Integration & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Connect campaigns with our CRM, enabling streamlined, data-rich communication and detailed audience insights.
- Define, track, and report on key metrics, leveraging data to optimize strategy and drive outcomes.
- Implement A/B testing, refine based on real-time results, and iterate until we’ve achieved the best possible outcome.
Collaborate & Drive Cross-functional Excellence
- Partner closely with creative, content, and event teams to ensure every asset, from ad copy to event promotions, is on point and on brand.
- Work with external partners for print and campaign needs to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect our mission, speak to our audience, and are executed with excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, ideally in a high-performance or mission-driven organization.
- Expertise in social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and product marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Virtuous is a plus) and a data-driven approach to engagement.
- Proven track record of juggling multiple campaigns with ease.
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset, creativity, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that aligns with Missionary's mission and values.
