Remote Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance with our PEO partner
• Track and submit monthly HRA reports
• Manage PTO processes and employee documentation
• Support recruitment efforts and handbook updates
  
  

• 
  Collaborate with CPA/bookkeeper to track expenses, invoices, and budget performance
• Assist with monthly closeouts, tax filings (including multi-state sales tax), and SaaS KPI reporting
• May assume bookkeeping duties as needed
  
  

• 
  Maintain digital systems, SOPs, internal wikis, and document repositories
• Support executive scheduling, meetings, retreats, and document formatting
• Manage internal communications like monthly team portal updates
• Travel coordination as needed
• Send gifts to new eSPACE clients, order branded merchandise, and assist with conference logistics
• Coordinate booth shipping and promotional materials for events
• Administer policies (cyber, liability, workers comp, etc.) and support renewal processes
