We have over 70 active volunteer-led<br>labs projects building technology that helps the poor, the local church or advance the good news of Jesus.<br><br>By God’s grace, FaithTech is experiencing significant growth, with communities emerging across the globe. To support this expansion, we are seeking a full-time Director of Philanthropy to lead our fundraising and development efforts. The Director of Philanthropy will work closely with our Executive Team to innovatively redesign our donor engagement plan, cultivate relationships with individuals and foundations, and expand our network of corporate partners.<br><br>Our philosophy of philanthropy and fundraising is that we seek to serve philanthropists, not the other way<br>around. We want to journey with people to help them understand their generosity vision and purpose. We<br>seek to discover how that may align with FaithTech, but never force that alignment, and are happy to refer a philanthropist to another organization if it’s a better fit.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission, experience in nonprofit fundraising and development or corporate sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors.<br><br>Responsibilities<br>The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for leading FaithTech's fundraising efforts across three key areas: relationship building, fundraising, and strategic coordination.<br><br><strong>1. Relationship Building</strong></div><ul><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors to help discover if their generosity thesis aligns with our purpose.</li><li>Support the CEO in identifying and building relationships with new potential donors.</li><li>Support the Executive Leadership Team in developing and maintaining relationships with major donors, foundation partners, and corporate funders.</li><li>Collaborate with the Communications Team to develop content that markets FaithTech's fundraising activities and acknowledges donors.</li><li>Develop and maintain a robust relationship management plan to enhance FaithTech's capacity to cultivate and sustain meaningful donor relationships.</li></ul><div><strong>2. Fundraising</strong></div><ul><li>Oversee the planning and execution of the fund development plan, including managing deadlines, workflows, and project plans.</li><li>Create compelling materials for major donors, foundations, and corporate partners, highlighting FaithTech's accomplishments, mission, and aspirations.</li><li>Participate in the planning and coordination of creative, strategic, and meaningful fundraising appeals, campaigns, events, and activities to engage new and existing donors.</li></ul><div><strong>3.
