Cross-App Activity

• Partner with senior leaders and the Board App Subcommittee to define product vision, strategic outcomes and app priorities aligned with 24-7 Prayer's mission.
• Own and maintain clear product roadmaps, balancing user needs, ministry priorities, technical constraints, capacity and measurable impact.
• Translate strategy into prioritised backlogs, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for development and design partners.
• Develop clear audience personas and user journeys for each product, informed by research, analytics, feedback and ministry insight.
• Define and track product KPIs, using data to validate opportunities, measure success and inform growth, engagement and retention strategies.
• Champion the user while making sound trade-offs between scope, quality, cost and timeline.
• Collaborate with 24-7 Prayer's CTO and development teams to agree delivery priorities, technical feasibility and release plans.
• Create clarity for cross-functional teams by capturing decisions, communicating next steps and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Contribute to 24-7 Prayer's broader user journey strategy so app resources are integrated effectively across prayer rooms, content, events and communications.
• Identify, assess and develop future product opportunities, partnerships and product enhancements that extend the reach and impact of 24-7 Prayer.

Inner Room and Lectio 365 Apps

• Shape and deliver clear product pathways, ensuring each product serves its distinct audience, spiritual purpose and growth opportunity.
• Use research, analytics, user feedback and stakeholder input to identify improvements that deepen engagement, support spiritual formation and increase sustainable reach.
• Work with content, communications, marketing, translation and regional teams to grow the audiences served by each product across agreed language groups.
• Coordinate translation and localisation activity so product experiences are high quality, culturally appropriate and supported by clear workflow, review and launch expectations.
• Explore strategic connections between products and wider 24-7 Prayer activity, including prayer rooms, discipleship pathways, events, content and communications.
• Support aligned opportunities that extend the reach of app-based resources, including retreats, live-streamed content, books, seasonal campaigns and other ministry resources.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role for a digital product, ideally including mobile apps.
• Strong product craft, including product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritisation, requirements definition, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery with developers, designers, content teams, marketers, translators and external suppliers.
• Confident using Agile approaches and delivery rhythms, with enough structure to keep teams aligned and enough flexibility to maintain momentum.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through launch, optimisation and sunsetting where needed.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret product analytics, define KPIs, surface insights and apply data to product strategy.
• Experience with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Aha!, Google Analytics, Firebase, app store analytics, Sentry, Figma or similar platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders, technical teams, creative contributors and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working cross-culturally and across multiple languages, with sensitivity to local church contexts and global ministry needs.
• Broad understanding of app technologies, UX/UI principles, accessibility, release processes and global digital engagement trends.
• Able to foster a culture of clarity, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
• A mature Christian faith, active commitment to prayer, and enthusiasm for 24-7 Prayer's vision, values and mission.

• The post holder will be expected to maintain a living relationship with God and live consistently according to biblical principles.
• Reasonable time will be given for retreat, prayer and personal spiritual development in liaison with your line manager.
