And we work every day to deliver world-class, cost-effective technology tools to make the business of the church just a bit easier.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Senior UX Designer</strong></div><div>As the Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity, usability, and accessibility of Tithe.ly’s software solutions. We’re looking for someone to bring a blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership, in order to drive our design excellence forward across the organization.<br><br><strong><em>Salary Range: $110,000-$150,000</em></strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Primary Responsibilities of the Role</strong></div><ul><li><strong>Design Leadership:</strong><ul><li>Provide strategic UX direction and leadership.</li><li>Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement amongst the designers.</li><li>Align design initiatives with overall business objectives.</li></ul></li><li><strong>User-Centric Design:</strong><ul><li>Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.</li><li>Conduct user research to gain insights and inform design decisions.</li><li>Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all products.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Product Design:</strong><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end design processes, from concept to delivery.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Brand Consistency:</strong><ul><li>Maintain and evolve the visual identity and brand consistency across all digital platforms.</li><li>Develop and enforce design guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand presence.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong><ul><li>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.</li><li>Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to executive leadership.<br><br></li></ul></li></ul><div><br>A Successful Candidate Will:&nbsp;</div><ul><li><strong>Plan and Align </strong>by<strong> </strong>setting objectives for the product design to align with broader organizational goals.</li><li><strong>Cultivate Innovation</strong> by creating new and better ways for the Product Team to be successful, and by encouraging diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.</li><li>Maintain a <strong>Customer Focus </strong>by gaining insight into customer needs, and by building and delivering solutions&nbsp; by Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives that meet customer expectations.</li><li><strong>Collaborate </strong>by building partnerships and working alongside Product and Engineering to meet shared objectives.</li><li>Intentionally Develops Talent by placing a high priority on developing others through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments.</li><li>Manage Complexity by asking the right questions to accurately analyze situations, uncovering root causes to difficult problems, and by acquiring data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Technical Qualifications</strong></div><div>Required:</div><ul><li>3-5 years of proven experience as a design leader in a SaaS or fintech environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and successful implementations.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Figma, design tools, UX/UI principles, and current industry trends.&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership experience in managing and growing design teams.<br><br></li></ul><div><br>Preferred:</div><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.</li><li>Basic understanding or knowledge of front-end coding software</li><li>Familiarity in church culture and pain points for church volunteers.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><br>Office Requirements:</div><ul><li>We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year.</li><li>A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.</li><li>US-based and legally able to work full time in the US.
