We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team and help shape the visual identity of our artists and brand.

Position Summary
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in producing visually compelling and brand-aligned design materials that elevate our artists and engage our audience. You’ll collaborate across departments—including Marketing, A&R, and Artist teams—to create album artwork, promotional campaigns, merchandise, and digital assets that reflect the heart of worship and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design innovative and captivating album artwork that reflects the artist’s vision and resonates with fans.
  • Create promotional materials including merchandise, posters, banners, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual content for both the label and individual artists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and artists to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals.
  • Stay current with design trends and adapt styles to reach diverse audiences.
  • Assist in building creative briefs, brand guides, and presentations.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity.
  • Support the Creative Director in managing freelance designers as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including album art and promotional materials.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and self-screen work.
  • Passion for music, worship, and visual storytelling. 
  • Familiarity with Mac computers and general office equipment
  • Some travel required.
  • Must work in our Franklin, TN office.
