Partnerships, Sales & Account Manager
The Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with external organizations, denominations, and networks. This position aims to drive sales, nurture growth, and foster long-term partnership relations.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role
Partner Relationship Management:
  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with potential clients, affiliates, or businesses.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to understand their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales strategies.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner relationships.
  • Track and report on sales performance, revenue growth, and partner contributions.
Account Management:
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure partners receive excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and transactions.
Strategic Planning:
  • Work with partners to align their goals and objectives with the company's strategic plans.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand partner networks and increase market reach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support in the interest of partnership growth and care.
  • Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and information to promote products or services effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to partners and internal stakeholders.
Contract Negotiation and Compliance:
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Ensure partners comply with contractual obligations and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership programs.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

  • Collaborate by working cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives for both the company and the customer. 

Technical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Proven experience, 5+ years, in partnership management, sales, or account management within a SaaS company is a must. 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot.

Office Requirements
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required. 
  • A stable work environment with a designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
  • US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
