Summary
To serve the members of Redeem Healthshare by being responsible for the underlying HubSpot architecture that the ministry relies upon by implementing and optimizing technical solutions within the HubSpot platform. Key responsibilities include developing and customizing HubSpot applications, managing data integrity and migration, troubleshooting technical issues, integrating HubSpot with other systems, and providing training and support to end-users. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on HubSpot features and best practices, and driving continuous improvement in HubSpot configurations to meet ministry goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize HubSpot applications, workflows, and integrations to meet ministry requirements.
- Manage data migration and ensure data integrity within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within HubSpot and provide solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to end-users on best practices for using HubSpot.
- Stay current on HubSpot updates, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for improvements.
- Integrate HubSpot with other systems and platforms to streamline workflows and optimize performance.
- Conduct regular audits of HubSpot configurations and processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their goals and objectives, and designing technical solutions within HubSpot to support them.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for internal teams on how to effectively use HubSpot tools and features.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in inbound marketing, sales automation, and CRM to continuously enhance the organization's HubSpot implementation.
- Work with third-party vendors and developers to integrate external tools and applications with HubSpot for enhanced functionality.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align HubSpot configurations with overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for new features and functionalities, considering performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Build the server-side logic, data processing pipelines, and APIs for HubSpot features.
- Develop a system for Auto-assignment of tickets based on priority, specialists availability, or expertise.
- Configure bots to resolve common queries before routing to specialists.
- Automate SLA tracking to ensure timely responses.
- Create a storage system to store all member interactions (emails, calls, chat, tickets) in one place.
- Provide specialists full context on past interactions to speed up resolutions when referencing customer history.
- Reduce tickets by providing helpful articles with an AI-powered knowledge base.
- Ensure HubSpot users can find answers easily with search optimization.
- Allow members to track tickets and access support resources.
- Manage all service channels from one dashboard (Email, Chat, Phone integration)
- Setup monitoring and responses to inquiries from social media platforms.
- Setup dashboards to track member care specialists performance, ticket volume, and resolution time.
- Setup customer satisfaction analytics (CSAT) & (NPS)
- Identify recurring issues to improve service quality.
- Identify and improve team collaboration on support emails.
- Setup and configure playbooks to ensure consistent and efficient standard responses.
- Synchronize customer data through sales and marketing data to provide seamless service experience.
- Automate follow-ups for feedback collections utilizing surveys and reviews.
- Utilize AI to analyze sentiment and improve service quality.
- Regularly optimize workflows based on performance data.
Qualifications and Experience
- Four-year degree from an accredited university or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience working with HubSpot (5+ years)
- Experience developing custom solutions within HubSpot using workflows, custom objects, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, and frameworks like React, Angular, or similar, depending on the specific team and product area.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and resolve issues in HubSpot.

- A deep understanding of the HubSpot platform, including its features, tools, and functionality. This includes familiarity with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, workflows, email marketing, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Ability to develop custom solutions within HubSpot using its features such as workflows, custom objects, APIs, and integrations. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technical skills may be required for customizing HubSpot templates and modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, resolve technical challenges, and optimize workflows within HubSpot. Being able to identify and address issues efficiently is important for maintaining smooth operations.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT departments. The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members is crucial for successful collaboration
- A willingness to stay updated on HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends. Continuous learning and professional development are important for ensuring that your skills remain relevant and up-to-date in the rapidly evolving field of marketing technology.
Additional Information
- Tasks are normally conducted in a regular office environment, requiring use of computer, mouse, drawing tablet, and other standard office equipment. Staff usually remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Staff will observe safety principles while performing the duties of the position.
- Staff may be required to travel and have a valid driver’s license.
- May need to lift and move items up to 35 lbs on occasion.

Pay Range: $87,900-$135,300. Starting pay usually falls within the lower half of the pay range and is determined by experience, skills, and education.
