Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Webflow Designer with development and design experience to join our team. As a Webflow Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites using the Webflow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, implement design solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of design elements.

Position Responsibilities
  • Webflow Design: Utilize the Webflow platform to create visually stunning and responsive websites that align with project goals and client specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including developers, content creators, and project managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Incorporate UX best practices to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure that websites are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Create and optimize graphics, images, and other visual elements for use on websites.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain existing websites, making improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to identify and address any design-related issues or inconsistencies.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design.

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Designer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using the Webflow platform to design and build websites
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Familiar with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • General understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design implementation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing previous Webflow design projects
