Role Overview:

We are looking for a UX Designer who can own and drive product experience decisions, not just execute designs.

This role requires someone who uses research, user behavior, and feedback to inform decisions, and who can design experiences that foster real connection, spiritual growth, and engagement.

You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve and clarity is built through execution.

Responsibilities:

Design high-fidelity, build-ready mockups in Figma
Own UX decisions, grounded in research, user feedback, and product goals
Translate product direction into clear, intuitive user experiences
Design for engagement within community and social-style product features
Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate
Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and engagement based on real usage
Contribute to lightweight UX research, testing, and validation

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products
Proven success designing mobile experiences with strong adoption and retention
Experience building or contributing to community, social, or engagement-driven platforms
Ability to make product decisions based on data, research, and user behavior
Strong attention to detail and high standards for design quality
Proficiency in Figma (required)
Experience in startup or fast-paced environments with changing priorities
Clear communicator who collaborates well with product and engineering
